Connor Temple. Making geeks proud everywhere. And me in particular, seeing as how he actually wears the One Ring on a chain around his neck, just like I did until my particular Ring broke all to pieces, haha!
I found this video quite amusing and well-edited.
I've never seen this show, but this video still makes me happy! I can tell that if I ever get into it, Connor will be a favorite. And that song is incredibly addicting. I don't usually go for songs like that, but occasionally I find one that just grabs me and sucks me in. Like that one. :)
ReplyDelete"Primeval" is a very fun British television show about a task-force of scientists who have to deal with 'anomalies', or time-rifts, opening around Britain and releasing creatures from the past and/or the future into the present day. The characters are great, and although the whole premise is extremely far-fetched, if you're willing to suspend your disbelief for the sake of an entertaining show, I'd recommend it. And the folks behind "Walking With Dinosaurs" are behind this, so the effects are appropriately spectacular :)

Okay, I've watched two episodes. I'm afraid I may have become addicted already. Luckily, they're all available for watching on Netflix. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is a remarkably addictive show, isn't it? I got hooked very quickly too . . . and still am. Problem is, it was temporarily canceled due to production costs (I mean, that's a lot of good special effects work!) and so there's a hiatus now. It'll be returning for a fourth season next year, though--I can't wait!
